DINNER WITH CARDINAL RIGALI

On Tuesday, March 6, 2007 our Council and District 21 hosted a dinner with Cardinal Justin Rigali at Presidential Caterers. We had 175 brother knights, family and friends in attendance, from all over the eastern half of the state, even as far as Harrisburg and Mount Pocono. Attendees included several priests and KofC state officials. Everyone who attended had a good time and great food. For his after dinner talk the Cardinal shared a wonderful first person account of the election of the Pope and his first interactions with our new Pope shortly after his election. The Cardinal spoke to the Knights and guests as friends. The Cardinal even took time to go around the room and speak with almost all of the guests.
